Sample rental lease agreement	Other	For the convenience of owners who rent their unit here is a basic example of a lease agreement. Note that it is also recommended to establish a legally binding agreement for the tenant to pay fines incurred (parking, etc) since the association legally must hold owners ultimately accountable for payment. As an owner it is a wise idea to protect yourself in this way.
